Cloud Pricing & Subscription FAQ

Here are answers to the most asked questions about Cloud pricing and subscriptions.

No! REV23 Cloud is priced per seat, meaning how many service providers (artists, piercers, etc...) you have occupying a seat. You may create as many user accounts as required for artists, counter staff, management, owners, accountants, etc... but only those assigned a seat will be eligible to have services assigned to them.

Well, that would be a silly thing to do! But you may cancel your REV23 Cloud subscription at any time with no cancelation fee. You may continue using the app until the end of your current period. After your billing period is ended your tenant will be scheduled for deletion within 10 days. You may use this time to export any data you wish to save; you may also reactivate your subscription if you decide to resume. Once your tenant is deleted your data will be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

For the initial launch we are only supporting monthly subscriptions. We will review demand for an annual subscription and offer it later.

No, REV23 Cloud is a completely separate app and service. Our pricing is based on our cloud resource usage and cannot offer discounts.

When your payment is declined your tenant will be suspended. You will be able to log on and view data, however you will be unable to create, edit or delete any data, or enter Kiosk mode. You will need to update your payment method using the portal to resume your subscription. Additionally, if your payment method is not updated, our processor will automatically retry up to 8 times within a 2 week period. If your tenant is not updated after this time your subscription will be canceled and scheduled for deletion. You may create a new subscription during this time before deletion occurs to resume using your tenant.
